How an engagement runs.
The operating rhythm is the same for a two-rep team and a forty-rep team. You see the work every week, in your systems, from a team lead who is accountable for it.
- Before day one
- Kickoff call with both teams. You share the asset folder: ICP, personas, two or three call recordings, current messaging, objections, competitor notes. We send rep names, you provision seats, email warm-up starts.
- Week one
- Five onboarding sessions: product and case studies, ICP and personas, CRM fields and stages, sequences and reply handling, signals and personalization. First sequenced touches go out by Friday.
- Every week
- A working session with your sales lead. Activity, meetings, and pipeline reported in your CRM, in your format. Coaching and call review run by the team lead, not by you.
- Every month
- Written report and ramp review against the targets agreed in week two. Messaging and territory adjustments made on reply and conversion data, not opinion.
- Every quarter
- Business review: what converted, what did not, and whether to expand, redeploy, or reduce the team for the next quarter.
- If someone leaves
- We recruit the replacement from our own network, the same recruiting engine that has placed 1,000+ SDRs, or move an experienced rep over when one is available, and we re-run onboarding. You do not go back to the hiring market.
