They stay focused on making sure SDRs are sharing best practices and insights so that each individual team member is set up for success.

We want to enable our managers to be successful and arm them with the tools to do so. Our managers have access to reporting and analytic tools to analyze results, and assess team and individual strengths and weaknesses.
